| Don't know a lot about Buckeburg as I never really saw it sober. We used to drink there when stationed in Paderbourn (1960) ish. I was with 15 Inf Wksp REME. I don't know how we got to Buckeburg (about 12 km's) & I certainly don't know how we got bacl, nuff said? |

| Are you sure about that? It's about 60km from Paderborn to Bückeburg (Near Rinteln). If it only seemed like 12 km I can only suggest that you really were drunk  |

| Bad Driburg,used to drive through it twice a day on my way to Pombsen when I was with 1 CSB. We used to see a load of people in tracksuits outside the Kurehause,I was convinced it was the escape committee ready for the off.  |
