I was a committee member of the Casino Club 9in town where we held dances, tombola and whist drives. I also remember the YMCA in town run by Mrs Paul (Pauli). I married Shirley a twin daughter of Sgt Ron Burns (44 HAA). The other daughter Sheila married a REME Sgt Norman Davey (they now live in Auustralia). My best man Roy Waslidge was a REME Clerk. Happy days !
