			<description>I was at Bunde from 1974 to 1977 - regarding the local name for the barracks, I'm sure that the local unofficial name was Ostkilver Kaserne, ie the barracks at Ostkilver.  If my memory is right, Ostkilver was a small village/hamlet at  either top or bottom of the long straight road going down past the barracks.
