| Reading about the queens jubilee parade 1977 brought back memories of a similar parade held in the early 60s (62 - 65).It was also held at Sennelager with the queen in attendance.. What the occasion was escapes me.... Any takers??? |

| Thats a blast from the past,I was there with 1R.Hamps,forgotten about it till now. I remember the weather was warm and we were fed and watered from a series of tents set up next to the coach/lorry park,I expect it was also the forming up point for the parade. |
