one query why on the RMP plaque have they put the keys on upside down.

And the wheel....would that have anything to do with St. Catherine?

Usually her wheel has the spokes sticking out past the rim but I'm half thinking artistic license here...just like with the keys right side up/upside down and pointing outward/inward.

If the wheel is a St. Catherine's Wheel I'd be interested in knowing what the connection would be to Provost...I'm tempted to make some snide remark about MPs using such devices on any unfortunates who fell into their clutches, but I'll control myself...oh....oops....guess not LOL

The connection of the wheel would be Osnabruck itself.I believe this is the coat of arms..

Please correct me if i am wrong
