From: michael bell

Message:
i spent 18 months from nov 14 1955 to may 18 1957 at r.a.f.wunstorf as a national service service airman. i worked in the control tower, a real "doddle" if you were air traffic control[a.t.c.] you could do as you liked on the air field, great time.
i do have one or two photos of the camp and i have a few exibits in the ju.52 museum
at the base.

Have e-mailed asking for pictures [Mike]

Hi Mike, can you remember Jim Smith and his girlfriend Maria?

My cousin Lesley Dean Smith is wondering if anyone can remember her father and his love:

Jim (James) Smith (1.1.1928-Nov 2005) who was is the RAF Wunstorf from 1946-8.

There he met his first love Maria Kesseler, who got pregnant.
The baby was born 1948/9. So Lesley has a brother or sister, who doesn't know of her. Neutral

We would be so grateful for any hint one could give us, finding Maria and the "baby".

Thanks so much for reading this and contact us.
