Received this today. Nice of the FBI to investigate for me don't you think? Mr Bola Cole! Sounds like one of those cheap supermarket brands.

So in the knowledge that the FBI are now confirming lottery winnings, do you think I am safe to go ahead and claim my winnings?

On a serious note - there is an FBI contact email for fraudulent misuse of their name/agents etc which I think they would like to hear about - send them an email and ask for your dosh or at least an explanation and baseball cap....
