My best friend Jennifer (born 16.08.1984) is looking for her father.
He used to be based in Muenster/Germany (Winterbourne Barracks / RAOC / 33 Ordnance Company ) in 1983 and 1984.
His name is -or so her mums says- Jimmy or James Blace born in 1962, 1963 or 1964 - and originally from Dover.
