What do we know about Troop Aid? I've googled and they seem legit but I get very wary of these clothing bags that come through my letterbox every day.

Does every penny collected go to Troop Aid or do they just get a part of it? Why have a PO box number instead of a proper address?

Anyone?

Just Googled it, apparently it operates out of Solihull, in the West Midlands, maybe it's Brum trying to get a decent set of Civvies for his next reunion. Very Happy They haven't reached this neck of the woods yet.

First i`ve heard of this one...I get an average of three bags a week from various charities. From what i gather anything collected is sold to Eastern European countries..Where the money or percentage of it goes ,i don`t know..My old clothes go to a local re cycling center who give me 50p per kilo for them. This normallyends in the till of the pub across the road

Not me Guv !

All my schmutter comes from TK Max, none of yer second rate stuff for me.

"brum" is my nickname, not where I live. Troop Aid hasn't reached this part of Cheshire yet.

Every other bugger is shoving a bag through my letter box though ! Mad
