Believe me it doesn't need the weather, I have worked the last 20yrs in an all girls school, talk about must be mad, what with Nativity and School Plays, however I do feel for you Brum with them living so far away, some of mine I would hate to be without the ability to just visit and wind up when I feel like it, Very Happy

Thanks for that, no Jimsigs, as usual heve only been issued with extra duties, and of course this time of year, when the kids get all these electronic toys to break I will be up to my eyes in it again in the new year I expect

BAH!!! This mess is getting too bloody crowded.High time the refurbishment of the old ancestral pile was completed and i can move out of here..Best 2 million quid ever spent by the tax payers.

Back to the thread Christmas.
Two Christmas memories I have. First as a young Sgt in Korea, topping up the hard to get goodies with the US Marine Corps in exchange for spirits from our Sgt's Mess.
Secondly, watch my two (then) kids see Father Christmas struggling to get out of a Bell G47 helicopter with his sack - sweating cobs in the humid heat of Singapore.
