[quote="jim"]HAH, Oddly enough I noticed how may german men (and some women) wore 'taches, not something you see often here these days. Wear a moustache in this fair land and people think you've signed on for the Village People mate !

I think `taches in Germany fell out of favour around 1945. Can`t think why.

Quite right Gordon ! Nobody's perfect ! Slap on wrist acknowledged !!!
Coming to the conclusion that much of the input is worthy of inclusion in a a sort of "General" chat file where all comment, and responses such as mine. won't confuse anyone who latches on to a particular topic in the mistaken impression that the content might relate, in any shape or form, to what's on the heading.
It's easy to stray when old age diminishes the attention span ! ........ ...... What were we discussing ??????

E bay are selling them for next to nowt.Apparently with the decrease in armed forces numbers.,there are a lot less crawlers around Could also have been used by Gingerjim.Wouldn`t have done anything for his rash but would have saved his knees.
