I was looking at the forum and the pictures for Ripon Barracks, and in the photograph taken from Detmolder Strasse the infi given is sadly wrong. It states that the L/H building is the NAAFI, cookhouse and Jimmmy Club. this building was actually the one behind them both running left to right. The left hand building was as I remember offices. The building in the right was as described. The building on the far right of the picture was accomodation. I was in the camp for a few years in the early 90`s and have good memories. The barbers was in the building in the left not far from the gatehouse. I have stagged on at those gates many times, and loved looking at the pictures in general, as i have none myself from my time there.
