| My best buddy in Kingsley Barracks Minden circa 1957/58 was a guy called Reg or Jim (memory failing me here, we all just called him Nicky) Nicol (which may be spelled wrongly) I caught up with another old comrade a few years back, Clive Pritchard, who told me Nicky had gone on to become a Lt-Col in the Royal Signals. Any way I can verify this, or even contact him maybe?
Nicky, incidentally, is a Scot from Stonehaven originally.
