Your so right mate, we will have to get our heads around this one and get some info for this Site, I have written many notes and this might be the place to put them, one never knows. Lets hope more of the old lads get in here.

I was in the REME Wksp with 112 Coy/12 Coy RASC in Verden and Liebenau 1958 - 62. I thought it was a great place, Pinewood Camp was so different to any other barracks.Take a look at Liebenau in "Locations" for some pictures of Pinewood Camp to aid your trip down memory lane. If you have any pictures of Liebenau add them to the site.

hi bob sorry that i have not made a reply to you it is that i

have just come back from meeting up with Chris down in his

home town of Bexhill it was 42 yrs ago when we went our

seperate ways posted to berlin bahrain glasgow lubbecke ireland

osnabrucke and finnished at the dummersee left army 1986

and returned to scotland in 1999 had triple bypass that did not

work out so they retired me on a disability.

yes it was great times i remember getting of at Neinburg and the

10 tonner picked us up 12guys in june 1962 and remember

comming through the arch way for the first time.
