Lovely place that Eilean Donan. Had real good week there. Was attending a wedding being held in the castle. Ended up that the piper had a run a summer school of piping in Brockville my home town. Small world it is. First time he met some one from Brockville in Scotland.

Would that be Brockville, Ontario - my brother lived there for many years until his death in 2012.
Lovely town on the banks of the St. Lawrence - I visited many times.

You got it right Cliffo. It is a beautiful little town, but still has the village type thinking. If your family hasn't been there for over a hundred years, you're still new people. Has to be the only town/city in Canada that had a Tim Hortons (the one on King St) shut down for gang activity. The one on William St. by the over pass isn't much better.

I get the impression that Billy is against independence.
I remember him ranting about "silly Scottishness", like Jimmy Shand's style of music and pictures of blokes in full Highland rig, on biscuit tins.
He's got a point.

This is a copy of the SNPs leaked plans to rename parts of Scotland to reflect the new situation should Scotland become an independent country. It is intended that copies of the new map will not be available until after a "Yes" vote in the referendum. Copies of the map will be available for £1, well maybe not a £1, possibly one Euro or one Caledonian Lira.
