PostSubject: 1st Battalion The Green Howards   16/9/2008, 22:07

Berlin, Kladow 1946/7

Hi there, I have been researching my Great Uncle Eric's war service. Please find below two photographs of the 1st Battalion The Green Howard's. My Great Uncle Eric on both photos is at the back 5th from the left.
On the back of the photo it has the following: Willi Husscke, pressefotograf, Berlin Kladow, Alt Kladow 17

He was in the Green Howard's from the 30/6/46 to 20/9/47
Looking at where he could of been stationed through your the site, I believe this to be Montgomery Barracks. Looking at the recent photos taken of Montgomery Barracks, I believe the attached photos were taken outside the station workshops. Any ideas or suggestions?

Kindest Regards,
Phil Slade
