Wondering if anyone has any info on British forces at Surendorf around Christmas 1945.

Would that be the Surendorf close to the Danish Border, or Surendorf to the west of Dulmen in North Rhine Westphalia?

Then that rules out the one in NRW Very Happy Had a look on Googlemap, and it does not look much like a seaport. It is not that far from the sea, less than 1km, but I can only see a jetty running out to sea. It is north of Kiel, which would have been the major seaport.

I will see if I can find anything in what I have scattered around.
