PostSubject: Frederick Charles Horton   6/4/2010, 22:42

Dear all members,

I am the great grandson of a Frederick Charles Horton and was trying to find out some more info. or for someone to point me in the right direction!

I know at this current point he was in the royal artillery and was in his late thirties/early fourties in WW2. I also have copies of telegrams headed '21 Army Group' and 'Personal message from the C-IN-C' signed by Montgomery I dont know if this relates to a particular rank as some say in brackets 'To be read out to all troops'.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Many Thnaks
Neil
