Clearly he was a member of 33 Parachute Regiment RA who were in Flensburg briefly in the Summer of 1948. The Regiment was subsequently retitled 7RHA and is now based in Colchester. They do have a flourishing Old Comrades Association who might be able to help in your quest.[/b]
