Hi everyone, you have a new girl on the block, I am trying to get some information regarding my birth in Raf Wegberg hospital, my mother said I was a twin and the baby died, I am wondering if there is anyway I can get to any of records of this death.
Also can someone explain to me what (Special Provisions Act 1957) means on the top of my birth certificate, I was born In January 1957, at the age of 51 I think it is time I try to find out the missing pieces, with thanks .kris
