My mother-in-law's brother who was named JOHN BROWN served here in Tidworth during the middle 1930s. He sadly died at the age of 18 of pneumonia in Tidworth Military Hospital and is buried in Tidworth Military Cemetery in an unmarked grave. I would appreciate if anyone can tell me how I can find out more about him. Im afraid I don't know anymore than this as his sister died in the 70s, and my husband (ex 4/7 RDG) (his nephew) sadly passed in Jan this year. Many thanks.

Have you any idea when and/or where he was born, or a closer estimation of the year of death.

If he was a serving member at the time of his death, the details will be found in the Military Records on findmypast.com. It is a pay site, but there only seems to be 3 pages with entries for the name Brown between 1930 and 1939.

If he died after 1935, there is only one page.

Paul.
