| I don`t like this sort of person. I`d love to have a chest full of bottle tops to show off (wouldn`t we all?) The only one i have is the GSM for service in NI, and i`m proud as punch of it, too. I wouldn`t think of hanging stuff there that i had not been awarded.

We had one idiot that gave himself the MM or BEM or some such when he was a top official with an ex-RE Assoc., so that he wouldn't look out of place with the top Officers when at photoshoots and playing golf. I won't mention the guys name, but he jumped before he was pushed. And he didn't have PTSD, as I served with him in Ulster and he didn't see too much bad stuff in the Falklands either. My late brother did have PTSD and was having treatment with COMBAT STRESS. He was in receipt of WAR PENSION. He really thought he had served in the Falklands, even though I told him he hadn't, he really believed he had. He served several tours of Ulster in the 1970s and did see some bad stuff.

It's coming up to that time of year when these characters reveal them selves yet again, with as many medals as a Russian Admiral.
