| Just to introduce myself as a new member. Joined RAOC as a Staff Clerk in 1970. Served in Germany with HQ 6 Armd Bde in Korbecke from 1970-73, JHQ Rheindahlen 1973-76 with HQ Int & Sy Gp (G) and then HQ BAOR from 1979-82 followed by HQ 1 (BR) Corps Bielefeld from 1985-88 before retiring in 1992. Other postings include Cyprus, Falklands, UK and Zimbabwe. | |

Hi all,
I served in the REME as a VM(B) from 1975 - 1988 & had two stints in BAOR. 1977 - 1982 and from 1987 - 1988. I was posted to 16 Tank Transporter Sqn workshop form 1977-79, 1 Queens/1 BW LAD from 1979-1982 and with 22AD Regt workshop from Oct 1987 - May 1988 when I bought myself out. I spent the rest of my time in the UK & N Ireland along with a few other places. | |
