On the main site page:-

there is a list of B.A.O.R. Numbers, which is not complete. On one of my meanderings in search of information (my excuse and I'm sticking to it Razz ) I found out that B.A.O.R. 10 was apparently Osnabruck, and B.A.O.R. 23 was Celle.

I think you'll find that BFPO 29 also included Rinteln and Obernkirchen.
