PostSubject: Cap Badges   11/10/2017, 23:12

Can anyone remember or have records when we changed our cap badges from GVI to EII ?
We would have handed in the old one in order to get the new one; and presume all the old ones melted down for scrap

I was in Osnabruck at the time the King died but cant remember any special parades; there must have been
A long time ago, and I am afraid so many of that era have now passed away; lucky I still have a lot of great memories of BAOR

Regards
