PostSubject: Looking for old friends   5/6/2009, 19:02

I wonder if anyone knows where some of these lads I used to cavort with in the early 60s when I was stationed in Werl with 1st and 2nd Black Watch of Canada are (hopefully) living now?

Paul Hird who served with 50 Regt RA in Hemer, 'Jock" Heeps with the 17/21 Lancers LAD in Sennelager, Hugh McCabe or anyone else from 7 Sigs in Herford who may remember me, and 'Sailor' Thomas who was SAS and came to Canada with 'C' Coy, DERR in 1961 for Ex Pondjumper.

It would be great to get back in touch. We have lots of stories to contribute!

Roderick
