Court Martial Capt. William Reynolds October 1949 s/n 178572

Can any one help me. Are there any records of court martials held at BAOR. Captain Reynolds was court martialed October 1949 at Bad Oeynhausen. I know what offence he was CM under and I know what had occured. However JAG have destroyed CM records. Can anyone help me and are there any members who served with him?

I'm very surprised that the JAG records have been destroyed. However, as I recall from sitting on and attending numerous Courts Martial, there were always 3 copies of the Proceedings. Since the event took place over 50 yrs ago, it might be worth looking at the National Archive at Kew - if you haven't already done so.
