It seems that the bull**** isn't confined to the barrack room anymore a report in the Times says that the MOD are wasting £120000 a year on insisting that the troops in Afghanistan Iron their combats with nice sharp creases in the trousers & the sleeves. As one CPL said they are at war not on a parade ground scratch

It also said that it was probably thought up by some one sitting behind a desk being bored

What's the money going on, electricity or irons? Sounds like a load of rubbish to me. If it is true then someone's stupid head should roll.

I don`t think there is much truth in it..Do the MOD send an inspecting officer out to check on the troops??

More likely to be some prat of a zobit with nothing better to do.
