| It has been many years since I last visited the R Sigs Musuem. Years ago you had to drive up the hill from Blandford Town, and drive up to the main gates of 30 Sigs and have your vehicle inspected inside and out etc as part of the ongoing security, then signing in at the main Guardroom by showing some form of ID with an address on it. Then being given a sticker of some description to put in your car windscreen and then directed a short distance to park outside the museum. This was all very familiar to me when I once had to go to 30 Sigs to do a week's long Combat Powerman's course in 1971, or there abouts. Has this all changed now, and is there an entrance to the museum   that does not entail going into the barracks there? | |
