| I have compiled a (more-or-less complete) list of BAOR/BFG/Berlin Brigade and RAF Germany locations as a kmz (GoogleEarth) file.
I'd be happy to post it on this site, but I'm at a loss how to do it.
Any ideas? |

| Yeah, checking out Google Earth is kinda neat. I did it for Soest and the first few times it was "almost" like walking around downtown, through the Married Quarters, and up past the house where I rented a small flat in 1973-74 after returning to Soest to work.
The detail is actually quite good, even though one can't get down to street level. However, even hovering...what is it....100 feet? above well-known areas was great. | |

| Good luck with your Google Earth travels Jim. Have completed my travels, well the ones i actually remember. Was 2 months old when i went to Germany and was 9 years old when we came back. Have no clear memory of Bunde and slight memory of Osnabruck.
Happy travels | |
