I was there briefly (as a civvy) in 1993/94. The RAOC had just become part of the RLC and FOD Dülmen had been re-designated 14 Supply Regt RLC with, I think, 2 supply Sqns.

- Bob,
Hello and welcome to the Forum, it is good to see another member.
I think you will find that Dulmen is now "defunct"
Have you looked here:-
http://baor-locations.com/stbarabarabksdulmen.aspx
Paul. After a long period I have looked at the Dülmen page again and don't think the photo's are correct. They appear to be of Tower Baracks Dülmen. There is another Bks in Dülmen, which is shown as St Barbara's Bks on the Google Earth info. From memory that barracks was, in the early '90s at least, occupied by a Bundeswehr Artillery Regt. Tower Bks, which was the purpose built Bks for the FOD, is approx 2.5 Km NNW of it. Mike

| This is the updated information for RAOC/RLC Options for Change
6 Supply Regiment RLC provides 3rd line Combat Supplies, Bulk Stores and Specialist Supply Services, in order to support the UK’s military contribution to a National, NATO or Multi-National Force. in addition it provides 2nd line Combat Supplies and materiel to 102 Logistic Brigade affiliated troops.
When the Royal Logistic Corps formed in 1993, 5 & 6 Ordnance Battalions became 6 Supply Regiment RLC with its HQ at Princess Royal Barrack, Gutersloh.
In 1998 the two Squadrons of 14 Supply Regiment, based at Tower Barracks in Dulmen, merged into 6 Supply. This has given the regiment a fairly distinctive nature of being split between two locations with the problems and benefits that it brings.
I have yet to update the relivent page(s) _________________ Sua Tela Tonanti
