| Paul, I suspect that the Rhine Area Sgts Mess was located in Carnaervon Barracks, Dusseldorf, which was the location of HQ Rhine Area (retitled HQ RCZ), REME Tech Services and others. It was probably the Mess for all WOs and SNCOs in the Barracks.

| The Mess was indeed located in Caernavon Barracks. It was on the right hand side as you came through the main barrack gates. It was next to the RMP Duty Room. |
