| I'm trying to do research on the life of my grandfather, who I unfortunately never have known. I know from a picture that he served for the British Army of the Rhine. I would be really glad if someone would recognize his name, which is Willem van der Neut. For what I know, we was also called 'Pim'. He was born in Amsterdam, but lived after the war in Nunspeet, in the east of the Netherlands. He was married several times and has 4 children. Besides in the Netherlands and in Germany, he has also lived in California U.S.A and at the isle Aruba of the Dutch Antilles. His period of living outside of Europe took place between aproximately 1970 and 1985, but i'm not sure of this. He died in 1991. If anyone recognizes this specification, please react to this comment. | |

There is little information to go on, any military details (not necessarily his, but units he worked with or for) would help. Whereabouts are you, it may be easier for us to direct you to where you might find information on your grandfather. Paul. | |
