Another Newbie

Hi just to introduce myself I served in Germany from Jan1975 to august 1980 and sevrved with 16/5th QRL in Wolfenbuttel and 7 Sigs Regt in Herford in 1977, just to say I had a great time in Woffers.

It could just have easily been me, the guy who talked me into joining up had just finished service in REME, we were working for Simms Motor Units at the time

Hi, Maverick. Did you know my brother-in-law in the 16/5th, Phil McNamee? I think he was in C squadron. I was stationed with the Lancers in 62/63 at Osnabrück. I liived in Kleiner London and with various German families.

Welcome aboard Maverick. Despite what one or two say about 7 Sigs, it was a good Regiment at least when I served there in the 1960's. Remember the REME Tels arriving once a year for the Tels Inspection. Our Foreman used to age in one week and it never wore off.

good luck teabag, I have to have this done frequently, found some polips first time. better sooner than later though. wait till you take the laxative premed !!!!!. And I have always thought that while this an undignified process, its nothing compared to the indiganties that our good ladies have to go through much more often.

Had colonoscopy and gastroscopy on same day in June .. was talking to the nurse one minute ..next thing I was awake all done and diddled .. everything negative
