| that kitchen reminds me of the cafe royal in regent street in london ,one of londons poshest diners , in the 60s, i had the misfortune to have to deliver a new complete kitchen to the premises , unfortunately we had also to take the old kitchen cookers ranges etc to the tip , we even refused cups of tea when they were offered , as for eating there no thank you . i never came across a more disgusting working kitchen in my life, and that was one of londons poshest , i can just imagine some of the diners if they really knew how their food was cooked ,YUK | |

| Managed to survive the grottiest kitchens in Singapore..If health and safety had been around in those days ,we would have starved Spitting in wok to ensure fat was hot Always had plenty of this on hand |
