that kitchen reminds me of the cafe royal in regent street in london ,one of londons poshest diners , in the 60s, i had the misfortune to have to deliver a new complete kitchen to the premises , unfortunately we had also to take the old kitchen cookers ranges etc to the tip , we even refused cups of tea when they were offered , as for eating there no thank you . i never came across a more disgusting working kitchen in my life, and that was one of londons poshest , i can just imagine some of the diners if they really knew how their food was cooked ,YUK

i'm with Brum. Avoided it enough in the army without bringing it home. I did know some senior NCO's pads kept a bit of a stock. Purely to clean up after the dog or some other excuse!
