| I arrived at RAF Fassberg in December 1950.
I joined nnmber 3 MRSU. but this didn't start up.
So I whent with 118 Sqdn, I stayed on this for 1 month.
Then I went to 98 Sqdn. and was in this for approximate 3 years.
We had a beer bar in the block cellar (I have some pics of this)

Contributions/memories of RAF(G) are always welcome. Don't think we have much on Fassberg so anything you can add will be great. A couple of my school chums fathers were based there in the mid 50s. | |
