he was based with 16 tank sqn Fallingbostel approx late 60's early 70's

I was there at 7 Armd Wksp Reme, Falli around 1971.

I believe Lynne probably means 'Tank Transprter Sqn?' I believe it was manned by RCT and Mojo's (MSO).

yes.. Alan i belive that to be correct- this is the what i have been given....

612 Tk TPTR unit Rct Mso (make any sense to any one?)

he had the Polish Eagle on a red background on many of his things - i understand he left around 1971 due to his wife Anne being ill
