The windmill I remember.

Sniper shooting course 1972, final day.

Head shot into a 9 inch square, the targets were in an area near the windmill.

"The targets are now exposed", "watch and shoot", "can't see a f...... thing Staff !"

(One of those Sennelager mists).

"Make Safe, stand up." "You've all passed anyway !"

I wonder what happened to the Small Arms School Corps ?

I've got a couple of Lager Trauen, before your time though Shelldrake ! (24 Medium).

In those days we were in tin huts.

I'm hoping to put an article on to this site sometime, the pictures will be on it.

Brum looking forward to that, I have a poem about Trauen, from the Bundeswehrs' Conscripts perspective, I'll put it up when you do your article! SASC are still alive and well.
