Ah, memories. It's amazing when you get older and reminisce, which is what I guess a lot of us do at our age. Time seems to have passed so quickly, like going through the Channel Tunnel in a High Speed Train and coming out of the other end 5 decades later...
The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben is the federal agency for flogging off state owned property. The Trenchard page has gone so it's probably been sold already. It will probably be all pulled down and replaced by a twee little housing estate like the ones further up the road in Vorwerk.

They (BImA was BV Amt) seem to have re-shaped their selling site(s)
Elsewhere the former Oerbke Barracks at Fallingbostel is to be a Bundeswehr Standort, the Americans have been asking about former RAF Gütersloh and a former Barracks in Sennelager/ Paderborn might be reclaimed for a returning Regiment/military use.
