Hohenfelder beer in Minden, Kaunitz, or Osnabruck?

I have a coaster with "Hohenfelder" brand pilsner beer marked on in. It was given to my mother by an American soldier in 1945 or 1946, and I am trying to figure out where they met. The most likely places are the Minden BAOR, or somewhere in the village of Kaunitz. The Osnabruck BAOR is a distant third possibility. I know where the brewery is located, but does anyone recognize the beer name and know where it might have been served? Did U.S. soldiers ever set foot in the BAOR buildings, or were they strictly for the British?
