| Does any have dates for the moves between locations of this unit?
I know it was originally in Tofrek Bks, Hidesheim (as 54 Coy RASC), moved to St George's Barracks, Minden and ended up at Tunis Barracks, Lubbecke. However, I have no dates for the moves.

| I think it was 82/83, when i cant tell you, Steve b on here will know as he was still there.
I got there in 77 & left in 82.
When did they move to Minden? | |

| Wasn't in 54, but they were definitely in Luebbecke between 86 and 88. | |

| was in 54 sqn 1972-1975.It was a class 30 tracway carrier workin with the engineers .we had RL's till 72 then MK's ,at least they didn't fall over!!We also had AEC 10 tonners (tippers)anyone asked to drive em nowadays would point blank refuse!lolWe were in NI in 72 and 74 driving pigs and recieved first saracens in 72  Theywere desert sand and stood out!sqsmajor insisted we paint em green1go figure lol.Anyone else remember me?L/Cpl alan Griffiths was into bikes and RnR then (and now) | |
