Wow time flys when you're losing your marbles.

Sorry for the tardy response brum, I was at Boddelwyden as a Junior Tradesman at Kinmel Park Camp in January 1964.

I subsequently went on to serve a 131 Flt RCT Wildenrath after trying Munster and Yeovil.

I was a junior Tradesman [driver/radio op] in the RASC. Started there in January 1964.

I can also confirm that despite what has been said above there were RCT pilots at 131 Flight who were on secondment duties.

I'm with 2399rju on this one, time flies ! I don't recognise the Ty Fry AT ALL, I remember it being a run down but busy little place. I've even got a photo that was taken inside there, in '59.
So the road running past the pub would be the old A55 then ?
When did the RASC start at Kinmel ? We had a signaller come to us in '61 from there and at that time it was All Arms Junior Leaders.
