The wedding was on in the evening here, down under. All brilliant, everybody looked nice, even the horses. Massive crowds. Well done to the Brits !

I noticed that Eddie, the Commando Kid, was wearing the Uniform of a Colonel in a Cavalry Regt (17/21L?) and a couple of Medals, how does that work? I also noticed that he and I have something in common - neither of us has the LS&GC.

If memory serves me well .He was made a Colonel of some obscure yeomanry regiment,so that he dont look conspicuous at state occasions..

The medals.???Probably jubilee medals..or some tat from comonwealth countries..We can`t have the royals going bare chested can we.?

Don't worry about me Gordon I'm only 48 fit,healthy I can handle it (I think) so do the decent thing and post the link there's a good chap
