Hello Victor Cook....Am i right in thinking that you worked in the large office upstairs,and your Brk room was downstairs,and as you came through door from the front offices your room was down on the right hand side. I was in the first room when you went into the Brks through the side door,in the room were two Army Pay Corps also worked upstairs i think (can't remember names though).AlanB..

Thanks for this, Shelldrake! I read lots of items on here about Napier and West Riding but nary a word about Redesdale and very little about Ubique or nothing about Moore that I can remember.

This certainly explains why when I look at pics of Napier etc none of it rang a bell!!! It was because what I was looking for wasn't Napier Bks....well, that makes bit of difference, doesn't it?? :-)

Our room coming from the office block I think was the last on the left, there were
six of us, all I can remember is the surnames they were mac, Casper, Jones, Sweeny and a scot from the pay corp, on the next floor up were two RAF lads, You were right about me working in the big office, I was a clerk beat being a TARA no schemes. Still working on the photos.
