Let's make it a proper crew and bring in Gordon, Shelldrake (rear gunner) and Les. With barnes as mid upper turret we have the right people to fly this darn bomber.

Shelldrake, Don't worry about the tracks, remember from the last war, a tiger tank with tracks blown off was still a dangerous wounded animal. But if you are worried then try this :

That's right Brum. Think they were a stop gap measure hastened into service my a US factory working around the clock - quite cleaver really.

Don't think so, the SCUDs still managed to reach Israel.

Granted Shelldrake but due to the time element, a stop gap deterent did allow fewer scuds to reach their target.

I think the above looks very smart, and I'd wear similar, the cap, that is, if there was one around!! So why not have one designed for BAOR Germany. As an ex-RAF National Serviceman I am still proud of my little stint for Queen and country. Pity it was ever scrapped!! A wonderful experience and it would do the youth of today a world of good!!!

in the late 70s early 80s the army had a DPM version of this cap for combat dress,it is my opinion that they should be left to baseball players to wear.
