| By the by, is Rhiendhalen still the HQ of BAOR, and are the two big NAAFI clubs, the 'Queensway', and the other one, cannot recall it's name, but it was used by Blue Jobs. Are these NAAFIs still in existence and used by the Lads and Lasses station there, or has everything closed down yet? I used to have many a weekend's revelry with pals from 28 Sigs, St Tonis, in those places, or the one used by us lot, the 'Brown Jobs'. I remember going into the German bar there, the 'Shack' as it was known as. Must say some of the RCT girls who hung out there, and drank there were a tad on the big side, and were 'very defensive' of their female pals......?? Many a hangover was earned in that place..... Ooops, just realsied that the Army NAAFI Club was the 'Marlborough', and the RAF one was the 'Queensway'..... Hmm, memory or a senior moment, after all it was the mid 1960s I was there......??
